Introduction

     
  The family of electronic controllers CTA is formed by :

Logic Boards :

SR8P Basic system 8 stops, expandable to 15
CR8PH2 Basic system 8 stops, expandable to 15 (2 wire)
CR10P Basic system 10 stops, expandable to 32

Output Boards (relays) :

PS2V For electrical elevators
PS2VH For hydraulic elevators

The multiprogrammable logic boards of CTA are made on the basis of a microcomputer monochip of last generation and constructed with elements of solid state.

The programming of these boards is made through a communication channel type RS232C connected to the console of programming or a computer compatible type PC.
The access to the database of programming and registry of failures is made by means of secret code of four digits user defined (initial code " 1234 ").

All the boards can be defined for several types of operation :

In order to transform a system into dúplex it is only necessary to unite the two controllers with a cable of communications RS232C. For systems triplex, cuádruplex, etc., it is necessary to install the CM5. The CM5 The combinadora board also controls the communication via modem, with the program cta24h, can control and manage the installation from an installed compatible PC in any place with telephone line. All the controllers have preinstallation to the system cta24h.

All the boards are connected by means of plug-in connectors, simplifying the substitution in case of failure. The codes of failures are reflected in display of the board.

The Output Boards make the union between the logical drive and the elements of power of the elevator. The connection with these elements (equipment tractor, levy, brake, etc.) and series of securities is made by means of bornas of pressure mounted on profile DIN35.

All the equipment can be provided in premounted systems.

All controllers CTA can work as much with electrical elevators, as with hydraulic elevators, based on Output Board installed. This characteristic causes that the stock of necessary boards of spare part is minimum, can be used in different configurations.
